Happy Pawz is a family owned creation by passionate dog lover Penny Lim, who turned her love for dogs into a professional dog grooming business. Penny has completed her diploma in professional all breed grooming from Dog Care Singapore, a highly recognised institution and Dog Care USA, conducting joint courses by National Dog Grooming Association of America (NDGAA) and International Professional Groomer Inc (IPG). Happy Pawz has dedicated itself to mastering the professional way of grooming with special emphasis on the safe handling and care of dogs.
